RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Compass Dance Publishing, referred to as "we" "us" and "our". Herein, the terms "website" and "site" refer to this website: www.compassdancepublishing.com. The terms "user" "users" "you" and "your" refer to visitors and customers of this website.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase please review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Your right to cancel an order only applies to products that are returned in the same condition as you received them. You should also include all the products’ instructions, documents, and wrappings. Products that are damaged or not in the same condition as you received them, or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased products while they are in your possession.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following products:

  • The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged your loss of cancellation right.

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Return/Refund

Unopened, unused products sold by Compass Dance Publishing in new condition may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days. Items that are opened or damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete a return. 

Final Sale

Only regularly priced products may be refunded. All personalized merchandise and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Exchange

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email erica@compassdancepublishing.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

 

RETURNING GOODS

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You should send the products to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.

 

GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

  

RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the digital nature of the products provided by/available through Compass Dance Publishing, once a product has been downloaded/redeemed, we cannot offer full or partial refunds except with respect to any statutory warranties or guaranties that cannot be excluded by law.

Case-by-case assessments are available if you feel you are due a refund, based on the product, the time between purchase and refund request, and various other factors. If you wish to request a refund, please submit your refund request to erica@compassdancepublishing.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
